1. Scope
These Terms apply to any purchase of packaging products or services from AJR Packaging, including corrugated boxes, custom-printed boxes, mailer boxes, export cartons, and related packaging solutions. They govern your relationship with us and your purchase. If you are ordering on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2. Orders & acceptance
When you place an order (via website, email, phone or otherwise), it is an offer to purchase from us. All orders are subject to our acceptance. We may accept your order by giving you written confirmation (for example via email) or by performing the services. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (including product unavailability or pricing errors).
3. Pricing & payment
Prices for our products and services are as published on our website or quoted to you, unless we state otherwise. Prices exclude taxes, duties and shipping costs unless explicitly stated. Payment terms will be as indicated in our invoice or quote. If payment is overdue, we reserve the right to charge interest, suspend work or cancel further supply until payment is made.
4. Specifications & customisation
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete specifications (e.g., size, material, print artwork, quantity) for customised packaging. We will endeavour to produce to your specifications, but minor variations (colour, dimension tolerance, print resolution) may occur — they will not be deemed defects unless otherwise agreed in writing. If you require particularly critical tolerances or finishes, please notify us in advance.
5. Delivery, risk & title
We will endeavour to deliver by specified dates, but any such dates are estimates only, not guarantees. Title to and risk of the goods passes to you when the goods leave our premises (or such other point as we may agree). You should inspect goods on arrival and notify us of any damage, shortage or defects within a reasonable time (and in any case within 7 days).
6. Returns & refunds
Due to the customised nature of many of our products (e.g., printed or bespoke sizes), returns will only be accepted if goods are defective or not as described. Normal wear, minor variations or defects caused by your instructions (e.g., faulty artwork) are excluded. Where we accept a return, we will refund or replace at our discretion.
7. Warranty & liability
We warrant that our goods will materially conform to the agreed specifications at time of delivery. Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement or refund of the defective goods (at our option). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all other warranties (express or implied) and we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss (including loss of profit, business interruption or reputation).
8. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, designs, artwork and content on this website remain the property of AJR Packaging or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce or distribute our intellectual property without prior written permission.
9. Force majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure is due to causes beyond its reasonable control (including natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, industrial strikes, supply-chain disruption).
10. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.
11. Changes to Terms
We may vary these Terms from time to time. The amended version will be published on our website and will take effect when posted. Your continued use of our website or ordering after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
